Please be selective to your recipe that compliments the "SHOCHU". We do very much appreciate a recommendation of specific Shochu with the Recipe.
You are welcomed to send in Food Recipe or Picture through the form provided.

This is a community website for all the Shochu lovers to share their favorite foods and appetizers to compliment Shochu.
By sharing the tastefully arranged recipes around the world along with Shochu, ISA is hoping to emphasize the attractiveness of “Honkaku Shochu” (Traditional Japanese Distilled Spirit).
This section is provided by the ISA to support the Shochu Distillers to establish in the global market.
