How to send in your favorite menu with SHOCHU at a bar

Taste with Shochu is always appreciate your favorite restaurants' menu with Japanese Shochu.

Please be selective to your favorite menu that compliments the "SHOCHU". We do very much appreciate a recommendation of specific Shochu with the Menu. And additionally, please write down an introduction of the restaurant.
